Lifetime Warranty

 

Our Lifetime Warranty program is designed with you in mind. Our goal is simple, we want any product you buy from us to work exactly the same as the day you bought it. We want to take care of our customers, no matter how long its been.

We will replace your lights at any time if anything ever malfunctions, breaks or just doesn't work like it used to. We don't just want a one time customer, but a customer for life.

No gimmicks or catches. If your lights stop working, contact us and we will send you replacements FOR FREE. We pay for the entire cost of the products, we only ask that you cover the shipping and handling fee of $9.95.

Since most of our products contain batteries, we must also ask for you to send the defective items back to us so we can properly dispose and recycle the batteries. Once the tracking confirms the items are on their way back to us, we can send a replacement. 

If you need a replacement, please contact us by email at team@lainnovative.com with your order number, full name, and full address and we'll get back to you right away for a replacement!

This program does not cover lost or stolen items, and is meant for products that are not functioning properly or are damaged. Replacements are sent with the same color / size you ordered originally. If we cannot replace your original item, we will credit that item towards an upgraded version of the product, or a replacement product of the same value.
